REFUNDS – Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase. If a check was used, a refund may take up to 45 days.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES – Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including any charges incurred for COD orders, Saturday delivery or shipments that are refused. Shipping and Handling Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Oversize items and some destinations may be subject to additional charges.

TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:
OBTAIN A RMA #
1. All returns must have a RMA number for processing. Call us at (866)534-1019 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA’s are only valid for 15 days (Postmarked by or Carrier Posted by the 15th day) and can only be obtained by calling this number.
2. Packages without a RMA number on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
3. Products received after 30 days will be returned to the customer and freight billed to the customer’s credit card.
