TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:
OBTAIN A RMA #

1. All returns must have a RMA number for processing. Call us at (877) 714-9200 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA’s are only valid for 15 days (Postmarked by or Carrier Posted by the 15th day) and can only be obtained by calling this number.

2. Packages without a RMA number on the outside of the package will not be accepted.

3. Products received after 30 days will be returned to the customer and freight billed to the customer’s credit card.
